Q: What is the nutritional values of this product i.e. calories, sodium, cholesterol, carbohydrates and protein?

Everything is written in I think Korean but unseasoned bean thread noodles always have 0 fat, sodium, protein & cholesterol. Usually about 50 mg of carbohydrates per serving. Very healthy and tasty.

Q: What is the carb count on these?

Q: What are the ingredients in these noodles and what are they made of?

Starch and water. They’re gluten free!

Q: How long do you boil them? I cannot read Korean.

To blanch vermicelli like this, dried vermicelli in water at room temperature for about 10 minutes before blanching in water with a little salt. In order to want the vermicelli to absorb as little water as possible but have a more crunchy bounce than ordinary hot water scalding. At the time of boiling, admin takes about 1-2 minutes after boiling water. and not shocking cold water
