I've been a long-time user of battery cases for phones, and this one works as advertised. The description for the product (and the instructions) aren't super clear, but it's easy enough to figure out how things work. There are a few points to consider:Instead of pressing the button on the back for two seconds to turn off the pack, you need to click twice similar to double clicking on a mouse. Pressing once will turn it on.The battery capacity is good enough for a full charge plus a little, or four to five charges if you like to stay in the 20-80% range for battery longevity.The attachment of the battery pack to the phone (and case) is magnetic. Make sure you don't place the phone on any sensitive electronics like a computer. As a follow up to that, the only thing holding the phone to the battery pack aside from the magnets is the charging port connector. I was concerned a drop could shear off the plug, so I used a bit of double-sided tape as insurance. The manufacturer claims good protection for drops, but I hope I don't have to test that.The nodule on the bottom where the pack connects to the phone isn't as annoying as I thought it would be. It makes the phone a little easier to hold on to.The charging port for the battery pack is a Micro-USB unlike the USB-C for the phone. It does come with a very short cord, but you'll still need to bring two cables if you want to charge separately.The indicator LEDs to show charge status are exceptionally bright; you could probably navigate a hallway with all four on.The A52 is water resistant; the battery case is not. If I'm going to be around water, I don't use the pack.

I've had the battery pictured in the background for 2 years. The case that attaches the the phone is cracked and needed to be replaced so I bought the same one again planning to use the old battery as a spare. As you can see, the new battery has no protective loop over the top like the pictures show. If you're going to sell something you should be honest what you're selling.Edit to add the old battery was magnetic to hold it to the phone, but this version is not, so there's nothing holding them together but the USB C connector.

Product quality was minimal. This case broke apart quickly, starting at the charging port; and it's way too heavy...

It has been an amazing experience having this product when I needed to charge my phone without using an outlet

Great case for just incase you make mistakes your phone won't breaks

This product only lasted me two months before the battery would no longer hold a charge despite putting it on the charger for 12 hours. The design of the case is super flawed and would have only lasted a couple more months before it would no longer be able to stay in place.

This is my third time ordering this battery case charger. The battery works fine when charge However, if you drop your phone then the battery will dislodge from the phone and you are unable to use the battery case because it breaks the connector. Need a better battery case design for this phone. I give it 2 stars
