McCormick Grill Mates Brown Sugar Bourbon Marinade, 1.25 oz (Pack of 12)

I marinated a pork tenderloin before adding it to the air fryer and yummy!

I love this seasoning packet!! It's my favorite out of all Mccormicks. It's sort of smokey, but sweet flavor all at the same time! Good stuff!!

I use this marinade on roast beef. Family loves it

I've tried McCormick's grill mates line before and I usually prefer the "Montreal Steak" marinade. But, I saw this bourbon one and decided to give it a try. I used it on steaks as a marinade, then dry as a seasoning for burgers. And in both cases, it was a hit. I followed the marinade instructions for the steak, but let it marinade for at least 30-40 minutes before cooking. When used in dry form, I sprinkled it on the burger patties lightly on top of other seasonings I'd added. It's got a hint of that brown sugar sweetness that you expect with BBQ. I still like the "Montreal Steak" flavor best, but this bourbon flavor is good for cookouts.

It is deliciously salty, but if you are sensitive to salt, you can rinse the beef slices and pat dry with a paper towel before slicing. You can also sub a lower sodium beef, but I prefer the saltiness of this.Whip the cream cheese with the mayo in a stand mixer or with a hand mixer until it is light and fluffy.Add the packet of the McCormick Grill Mates and whip until well combined.Add in the peppers, chilis, beef and green onions, mix on low until well combined.Refrigerate overnight.

Great flavor and best price. You should keep some of this on hand. I highly recommend!
