Q: How does this breaks down to storage? And how easy is it to put away? Or do I have to keep it set up all the time?

This breaks down very well and quickly. In fact, my son was able to roll the arch pieces and place them in his suitcase. The mat unclips from the arch pieces easily And folds quickly. As a safety bonus, the mat has a vinyl or rubber “dots” on the bottom to keep it from sliding on your floor.

Q: What does the box look like?

Mine came in a plain brown box with a "made in China" sticker on it. This was a gift so I had to print out a picture of what I ordered to stick on the box.

Q: Can I bleach the mat? I've had it for 6 months and the white is looking pretty grey.

I would not bleach it. It would distort the pattern that is on it. I would use some Oxi or non-bleach whitener on it.
