Decent replacement impeller
Realised my filter had been running for 4 years and had started to stutter. That is the impeller seemed to knock and rattle for a second regularly.Replacement ordered and arrived quickly to resolve the issue. Also good to have various different rubber rings to make sure the seals are water tight.

Easy fit
This was easy to fit, as a replacement to the original one in my FX4.The original was failing (or so I though). However. After fitting the new one. The flow was still poor. It turns out, that for the 2 years that my FX4 has been running with my 350ltr tank. Whilst having a media wash every 3 months. I had been inadvertently missing out cleaning the one in the middle of the lower basket. And it had restricted the flow. So I now have a spare impeller for when the new one wears.My training is now complete!

Useful kit
Haven't used yet but will at next maintenance in a few weeks. Everything included, all the filters seals and new impeller plus fitting kit and instructions included.

revived a failing FX4
I didn't realise you had to replace the impeller on the Fluval FX4 every 12 months so mine has been running for over 3 years with the same unit however it started to slow down so i bought this kit and replaced the impeller also worth knowing mine came with impeller ceramic shaft and seals also worth mentioning you need some silicone grease its a must now ater 20 mins of running its back up to being a fully working filetr again i would buy from this seller every time i have also bought a spare for next time it runs out as the prices of everything is going up
