2300 BTU Mark 2 Portable Air Conditioner

I ordered this AC and received it the next day! It was great but didn’t have the battery which I thought came with it.The product itself gets 5 stars, but I returned it because thought it came with the battery. Anyway, I had to pay $139 to return this product. Very upsetting because who wants to waste $139 on postage!We are have Amazon Prime and buy from Amazon all the time with free postage and returns. Why would Amazon allow a seller to have a return policy like this? The return policy is hidden away and you must look for it.Anyway, think twice before buying from this particular AC company. Learned my lesson!

does not hav coverage as advertised would take 24-36 hrs to drop temp of a 4 man tent from 82 to 72 degrees. in a fixed structure even longer.

We bought this in January 2023 to use while we camped. Our AC in our condo went out in April which is a busy season for HVAC. This thing helped us until we got it fit. Then we sold the condo to live off grid close to Phoenix. We converted a enclosed trailer into a travel trailer and while we have a AC it takes a ton of energy to run during the day we arent left with much energy to run at night. This is where zero breeze comes in. We set it on low at night and through about 10am or noon. It keeps us comfortable to sleep all night. We haven't had any problems but there is definitely a learning curve to it. Don't expect miracles of an ice box in the summer. It's just going to keep you from overheating. Great for those who sleep hot or deal with night sweats. I suffer from multiple Sclerosis and overheat easy and I like my feet cold to help with heat sensitivity. We also brought this to our work site last year during the summer and helped keep our 12v fridge from overheating. Some of it's biggest issues is it's size it's a mammoth size beast. Storage is difficult. You also just can't plug it into the wall. The batteries still need to be attached when plugged in to 110v, which you can only do if you buy their splitter. The batteries are big and don't last long on high. No biggie cause I can't tell the difference between high and low. It does take a long time to charge the batteries that's our biggest complaint. I do wish they had a buy back program. They are coming out with one called the zero breeze 3 and it has both an AC and a heater. As for customer service we haven't had to deal with them but I will say I didn't like that we couldnt return it once we broke the seal to the packaging, you can't even use it to find out if you like it and return it if it doesn't work out for you. That's terrible and shows that customer service is probably terrible. Would we buy again my husband says yes, I say not for the price we bought it for.

If you want to spend that kind of money in Paperweight, go ahead and buy this Zero Breeze. That’s what I did. But I know it’s my fault because the company already give me a hint by the name of the unit, “ZERO BREEZE”. They are absolutely right on the name because that’s what you’ll have zero breeze. Nothing. NADA! Even on their tech support, ZERO as well. This is literally POS!! You don’t believe me, go ahead buy one and join the hundreds of prostrated costumers complaining about this POS.

Slow delevery

Fast delivery and good customer support via email. Cool air and pretty good velocity even on sleep mode. Dont like the "Star Trek" design. It should be redesigned to be more like their power unit which I also bought. They pair up nicely for eight hours or so of overnight cooling.

I purchased it in the middle of 2022. Power supply died after roughly 1 year. I used it for less than 500 hours. From what I can figure out, they will only honor the warranty if you can log into their system and prove it. I sent them a picture of the original box and shipping label showing they shipped directly from them to me and that was not good enough. They say I don't exist in their system.
