Best cooking item ever!
I have a set of braiser pots in several sizes from Le Creuset. The braisers are the most versatile cooking pots. I use them for cobblers, casseroles, most any kind of stovetop and oven cooking. My daughter wanted one. So she got an early Christmas gift, and she loves it! The clean-up on these pots is so easy.

Possibly my best ever purchase for the kitchen
Use it all the time, just about every day, once or twice, and eat the stew/chow straight out of the pot with a wooden spoon. Happy camper
