Q: would it work with lorex c883da series?

Take a look at the box and see if your cables look the same as the cables on this cable. Pretty much they all seem to fit the exact same thing so if it's going to fit, it's gonna work. This cable also has a power connector so some cameras actually need power and this has a little connector to hook power up to it if it needs it. My cameras don't need the power, so I just talked it away with a zip tie and don't connected to anything. I use these cables outdoors under my eaves of the house, and they have worked fine for about two years. I don't believe they're gonna last forever, but I do believe that there a great value for the price. Just look at your connectors in the box and check and see if your connectors on your system match these connectors, and if they do, there's a 99.9% chance it's gonna work out fine!

Q: Camera worked in color when I left home, now only showing in black and white. 2 cameras with factory cables on in color. What should I do?

Dear customer, 1, pls check if the cable loose contact with the camera and DVR, 2, If cable1 connects with camera1 and DVR 1 and work well, cable2 connects with camera2 and DVR2 and showing black and white, pls try to exchange the cable, cable2 connect with camera1 and DVR1 to check if can works well now?
