Q: I have a punching bag and looking for a mat thats big enouch for under the bag and still have cusion while kicking and punching. Is one set big enough

I used 2 sets of the mats to cover a 4' x 8' workout bench for my wife. She is very pleased with it.

Q: Will this scrape up my skin if I use it for Jiu Jitsu (ground grappling)?

I don’t think it will scratch your skin, however I don’t think it will work for that type of activity. I think the tiles would separate from each other. I personally think it would be better off with a one piece mat large enough to cover the area you need. These tiles are really only good for light activity.

Q: the link provided by the seller is not for the 1" thick mats... how about the 1"thick mats that don't take months to ship??

I think there were a few sellers of the 1" mats, I received mine in a few days

Q: I put it on my hardwood floor for a year. when i take it away, i found the hardwood floor under it becomes super slippery. what should i do?

Try using a plastic barrier that is used for laminate and linoleum floor installation.
