I ended up having to download drivers from Dell. (Big headache)- AC adapter transform makes an annoying ticking sound sometimes- Fn key when used in conjunction with the up and down arrows does not brighten or dim the screen- Fn key when used in conjunction with the Num Lock(F2) does not engage the Num Lock section of the keyboard

The laptop arrived a day early. However that is the only good thing I can say. Once I powered it up and started the initial setup, I found the laptop was super slow. After following the on screen instructions and setting up my google and Microsoft accounts, I then followed exactly, the included instruction sheet on how to activate the Windows 10 operating system. I found that the activation code on the sticker on the bottom of the laptop did not work. I could not activate the windows 10 operating system after several tries. The seller was no help, just told be how to activate windows 10 again (same instructions I already had) and that I had already told them didn't work. Throughout all of this the laptop was very slow. I had to wait each time I closed a window and each time I clicked to open another program. I also found that the SD card reader didn't work which is a little option on this computer that I really needed to use. That's as far as I have gotten so no way to know if there are any other issues. Now the seller wants me to ship the laptop back. There is no way I will return the laptop after I have set up my email accounts inputting my email addresses and passwords and setting up my Microsoft account with password. This was a total waste of my money and I will now have to spend more money buying a new copy of windows 10 that I should have gotten on this computer and I will have to have the sd card slot fixed and find out why its such a slow computer. Buying a so called refurbished computer is a gamble and I lost. I recommend looking elsewhere and buying a new computer.
