This product is an awesome alternative to what is sold in stores. I was looking to recreate my food delivery meals occasionally but I cannot find stock concentrate ANYWHERE locally. There is really an alternative either as regular stock will ruin the recipe. I am so glad I found these but I HATE the price. This is soooo expensive for the amount you get. Some recipes call for 4 packets in one recipe. That is most of my order. Though these are convenient, I think it is a price gouge due to unavailability of other products.Pros:- Great flavor- Helps me complete my recipes- Hard to find- Easy to use and convenient to storeCons- Way pricey for what you get.

I have bought these multiple times for flavoring sauces! Easy to travel with them also! Quality is good tastes great worth the price I pay! I store in my pantry and use 1-2 for a family of 4 depend on what I am flavoring. Easy to use just open and put in your food. You can add to water, rice gravy. Meats

I first got these in a food delivery service and they are delicious!, I cannot find them in any grocery store near me. They really add flavor to any dinner you are making.

I used to take Home Chef and before that Hello Fresh. Now I have these recipes from there that call for odd things. "Beef Flavor Demi-Glaze Concentrate" was called for and when I went to Amazon, I found a number of options, mostly a little expensive and/or inconvenient. I decided to take a chance on this. The Beef Flavor packet was perfect. As soon as I opened it, smelled the rich flavor and saw that it was a liquid concentrate, I knew it would work. There is no need to mix it with anything, it is just about the right amount called for! A week later a recipe called for Chicken Demi-Glaze Concentration. So I used the Chicken flavor from this same product and it was perfect! You can see from the picture that it came looking just like the original site.

These packets seem to be exact matches for those provided by Hello Fresh. We love cooking our own versions of our favorite HF recipies, which most of the time we can easily get ingredients needed. The Stock Concentrates won't be found in a store, and we've tried many OTC brands, but nothing really matches the composition or flavor needed (too salty, toobitter, too watery). These work fine. I bought the sampler pack, but really only need the Beef, and perhaps chicken.

I have tried a few meal kits, and the best part is making the sauces. I searched until I found these - the same kind that are in the kits - because they make delicious pan sauce and are so convenient. I have tried jarred bullion type products, and disliked the off taste. These are the secret to making delicious sauces!!
