Why is there no leaflet or information to where ive to put them.

Some companies assume you will know what to do I guess which isn't right.

Are these genuinely any good? There are so many differing reviews!

I was pretty disappointed with mine to be honest. They were pretty small, I was really looking for a set with the lapis lazuli but I was sent a bad quality Sodalite instead. I don't think it was worth the money I paid.

What do you do with them?

1. Place the crystals set beside you while meditating 2. Put the gemstones and crystals set in the bathwater 3. Wear healing crystals as jewelry 4. Put healing stones next to the pillow when you sleep

Are these crystals individualy named at all to avoid confusion(complete novice)?

I'm sure there was a paper that said what they are but I can't be sure as I purchased for gifts. Crystals are easily identified if you Google common crystals and look at images. Hope this helps.
