Q: I am trying to secure the spout but it’s not twisting. What should i do?

I had a similar issue, these are not very good quality. I'm trying to order replacement pumps to see if they work.

No warranty! They lied. Do not buy these! Both of mine broke after the 30 day “warranty” they don’t extend it. Avoid at all costs!

Q: Can you use foaming hand soap with these?

No. It would come out like water.

Q: How do you report an issue? My product has missing pieces.
