Q: I've french doors on balcony. in hurricane i cover with visqueen to prevent water intrusion. can i use this tape? will it come clean off hardie board?

No it isn't made for that just use Gorilla tape

Q: Does the tape have wording on the whole roll or is it blank?

Q: Can i use it to tape plastic on my windows and willl it take paint off when removed?

I used this tape to seal a leak on our tin roof. It did not want to reposition while being applied. After it was down it was not moveable or removable.
