Does it instantly lift upper eye lids?

The product keeps the eyelids well moisturized w/out causing a burning or stinging that comes from most other eye creams. In my experience, it is not a cream that lifts sagging eye lid area.

Can you use on lower eyelid (undereyes)?

Yes, you can use it on lower eye area, but the gem of this product is that using it on the eyelid is so effective and it won't seep into the eyes and burn. There are some great under-eye products that help w/ dark circles, etc. Using it all around the eye area is fine though, from my long experience w/ this product.

What are the ingredients?
