NOT UL2017 COMPLIANT
Although they seemed to check all of the boxes for the UL2017 Pool Code (activates immediately, stays on even if the door is immediately closed, stays on for 30 seconds, minimum 85 dBA) they still failed our county inspection, simply because they can be disabled. Our local pool code only allows for a 15 second TEMPORARY disabling of the alarm (bypass) to enter or exit and then the alarm needs to re-arm automatically.

Issues were fixed!
Update: the company contacted me and sent new alarms for my grandparents. The new ones work great! The company was also very on top of things and helpful.I bought a set of these for myself and then another set for my grandparents. While they have worked for me, they have given my grandparents all sorts of issues. They go off randomly when they’re untouched and lined up correctly. They have been going off recently after being taken down and turned off. My grandpa finally had to just take the batteries out.

Affordable Alarm
Very satisfied that I purchase this product. It appears to be doing the job. The noise is very loud. The sound level is very high and good. So far so good I'll keep you guys posted. But yeah if anybody's looking for some kind of security alarm system that's affordable. I would definitely recommend this as it says what it does. And you just have to have that patience in setting it up. The information is easy on how to install. I did not use their tech support so I don't have a comment on that. But this is a very good and affordable product as it says what its going to do therefore i would recommend it.

Stopped my noisy neighbors
I didn't get this for a gate alarm, but to battle my noisy neighbors and their bass car. Mounted this in the shed, set the vibration alarm, but that didn't work in this case. Used the remote to trigger it instead. First time I used it the bass stopped. It's a loud shrilling alarm sure to annoy everyone when it goes off. 😂. I got two, but the second came with dead batteries so that sucks.
