FirsTime Walnut Garrison Wall Clock

Right size for where we wanted to hang a clock. Good hanging “device” on back of clock. Attractive, especially with walnut-colour wood surround and off-white face. Ran with absolute silence for 10-12 days (great!) but then developed an annoying, frenetic ticking sound - not loud but prominent enough to be in the background all the time. Going to exchange or return for refund, sadly.

This is a beautiful looking clock. Unfortunately it arrived with a piece cracked off of the back. I was willing to keep it until it lost 20 minutes the first night it was running then got stuck at 20 minutes after 4 because the arms couldn’t clear each other. After reading other reviews I am hesitant to reorder and will reluctantly look for something else. It really is a shame.

So rich looking, absolutely silent, keeps perfect time. Couldn't be more pleased with this clock.

I do not recommend this clock. The first time it arrived the hour hand was loose. I exchanged it. The hour hand is loose on the second clock as well. And now the price is lower than what we purchased it for so that's kind of annoying too.Update: their customer service email address does not work.

A really great clock; love it!
