Spreadable with a taste of ginger
Was a spreadable not a liquid honey which is good for toast or even tea. The flavor of ginger wasn't very strong, maybe mild to medium. I prefer a honey I order from a German import company which is really zingy and you can taste the ginger right away. Depends on your preference.
