Q: what is the highest temperature that these can withstand? thanks.

Not sure I can answer that exactly but I use then outdoor in Texas where the summers routinely get up to 110° and haven't had any issues with them.

Q: can i erase and rewrite on them? or once it´s written on that can not be erased?

It cannot be erased easily but you can erased it if you really want with an eraser.

Q: Would a dry-erase marker work for temporary labeling vs using a permanent marker?

Well it would BUT if it’s touched at all it’ll probably wipe off super easily. I’ve used a sharpie and even that isn’t super permanent so I now put a paper label on then write on the label.

Q: Can these tags be used in a washer and Dryer?

These tags are fairly large and a hard plastic. I would not use them in a washer or dryer. Even if they don't melt in the heat of the dryer, I'm pretty sure the tags would tear up the clothes in the machines.
