Pelcas DERMA Microneedling Pen
Quick delivery, easy to use, well made. Several heads included with the pen. Looks nice, works well and feels good on my skin. Only just started using the pen, but I'm sure over time will get noticeable results. I would recommend to buy this item and also good value for money.

Works really well
I have had this pen for 2 years and have used it maybe 12 times. It’s amazing, exactly like going to a professional. The cartridges are a decent price too. My sister stole my last pen so I’ve bought the same one again.

I tried everything. Well not everything but I've had hyperpigmentation on my nose for over 3 months now. It has also affected my confidence although I'm still smiling through it all. I tried microdermbabrasion and hydroquinnone combined and that seemed to make it worse. I actually bought this back In January but thought it may be too invasive so opted for what I thought was a less invasive alternative failing that I decided I've not got much to lose and so I would give it a go. Four days later and the skin has started to peel away and look healthy again. I can't praise this enough. I'm still not out the woods yet but I know I will be very soon as the progress my skin has made in just 4 days dwarfs any other cream or device I used previously. I love microneeding so much now and believe we all should be utilising this technology. Thank you for putting a genuine smile back on my face.

Not for professional use
It’s ok if you’re doing your own but definitely not for professional use . Although it looks nice (I got gold) and works but not to professional standard

Not fit for purpose
I think I have a faulty device I purchased as a gift. This does not work but I have missed the refund windowPlease exchange, happy to try alternative but this one does not work

I decided against Dr Pen as so many fake websites I just couldn't tell which was the real oneI opted for this, I'm glad I did, great microneedle pen, reviews saying it does not pierce skin, take no notice, god knows what their doingNano needle is for cosmetic and won't pierce skin it's not meant to12 needles will, do your homework before use
