Impressive knife set. After several months of use, our only "complaint" would be that they are so sharp, we have both cut ourselves several times and didn't even realize it, lol. These knives are the real deal. Enjoy but be careful.

Received on time, well packaged, and in good condition. I'm not a chef, but I am a knife collector well aware of the superior quality of German knife steel, I appreciate a good blade & professional workmanship. I was surprised that the knives were not as sharp as expected. The attached sharpener seems to work well, and I like the fact the my wife can now sharpen knives as she goes, rather than bringing them to me every time they get dull. The knives are well balanced, sharp enough for regular kitchen use right out of the box, and I expect the set to last for many years. Recommended.

These knives are beautiful and very sharp. They slice through steak and tomatoes with little to no effort. Unbelievable value for the money, so easy to use, literally a knife for every purpose. Then of course there is a built in sharpener and the scissors come apart to sharpen them.

I wanted to use these knives for a few weeks before writing the review. These knives compete with the best and they stay sharp, these are great for any kitchen out there. Do yourself a favor and get these knives.

This was my Christmas gift to myself this year. My Henckle knives were getting old- I’d inherited them from my parents. Even after sharpening each blade, they weren’t as sharp as these. These knives are sleek, comfortable handles, shiny blades. I’ve accidentally knicked my fingers 3 times already- drying the blade, be VERY careful. I’ve just had them a few weeks, used a steak knife & chopping knife maybe 3 times each. They are great!!I love love them. , you won’t regret! ❤️

The German steal blades and handles are well balanced in my hand. This 17 piece set has the wide variety of knives I needed. I especially wanted the 8 5" steak knives. The 8" chef's knife cuts through LARGE potatoes like they are butter. The built-in sharpener is convenient, simple to use and safe.I was SO tired of having knives that wouldn't stay sharp and fit awkwardly in my hand. I would gladly buy these knives again. They are well worth the money. The question for you is... What size set is right for you?
