While you technically "can", I would refer to your particular gun's recommendations. These have a shallow hole where the primer would normally be, resulting in the firing pin hitting nothing when you pull the trigger with one of these in the chamber. Some dummy rounds have a primer analog in place to provide something for the firing pin to hit for dry firing - these aren't that kind.
