Get Out of My Head: Inspiration for Overthinkers in an Anxious World

I detest writing reviews
I detest writing reviews. Being pandered for them or feeling overwhelmed by the request of writing them. This one I am doing voluntarily. Overthinking induced anxiety has landed me in hospital with panic attacks, I've been and continue therapy. I even take meds as needed for it. All that to say, that this small book was very well thought out. From touch, to visuals , to sensory perfection. The last page on the accompanying weighted blanket in form of a booklet is a paradigm shift for me. I'm not free of this free floating anxiety yet. But this book...oh my God! Is a gift from the universe. Unfortunately or not, I don't do social media, Facebook, tewiter etc. I can't handle it, but I read , Meredith , the author, created an online community called " Beautiful Voyager " would love to be a part of that. I hate and need human connection to get out of my head. Unfortunately , I believe these communities usually happen in Facebook, and I can't stand the overwhelming idea of the make believe show that is Facebook, where lost people create the illusion on connection with faceless people. But thank you Meredith Arthur. You though about this one very well. It is the only boo I wish it was longer, because one page is more freeing than the next. Thank you, thank you ,,, ,,🙏

so so
good title but the book itself...so so...well there are better out there.. like..' don't believe everything you think' or 'mindset'- that's a brilliant one, this one wasn't really for me

Lovely little book
Bought as a gift so haven’t read it however it was well received. Lovely looking little book well presented and like it has an envelope inside the cover for readers to keep notes.
