Very sturdy! Best guitar stand I've ever used!!!
Best guitar stand I've ever used! Easy to fold which helps it save a little space while transporting. My band can store all their guitars in one spot while on break (1 acoustic, 2 electrics, 1 bass). The soft parts that come in contact with the guitar bodies will not scratch them one bit. The dividers are a little stiffer, but still flexible so they don't scratch either. Very sturdy!!! I was going to buy a Hercules stand until I found this one. Yes, it's a little pricey, but WELL worth the investment. I believe this will last a lifetime with normal use every other week.

High quality design
Simple fold out design; lightweight yet super sturdy; compact and saves a ton of space. I recently downsized from a 3000 sf home to a 2000 sf condo with a smaller office/studio, so space is limited. This track is expensive to be sure, but worth it to me. I may buy another

Just like the ads say, "last stand you will ever need."
Just as the ads say, the last guitar stand you will ever need. My studio was littered with single guitar stands. No more. This stand is just remarkable. It saves space and accommodates five of guitars safely. Removing a guitar or replacing it in the stand is easy and the guitar straps don't get tangled as they do with the single stands. I'm pleased.

Great Stand
I love this electric guitar rack/stand. I bought it because my small collection of guitars was taking up too much room in my office when placed on separate stands. It is comparatively pricey, but you generally get what you pay for. Note: this model is not for acoustics, so make sure you order the right model, as already suggested by others. It is very rugged and designed well to keep the guitars from banging into each other, and easily holds the weight of the three electric guitars and one bass that I currently store in it. (I definitely see another guitar in my future. I wouldn't want to waste a slot. I'm sure the wife will understand.) I bought it with the castor wheel kit - installation was trivial - which makes moving the rack about my office very easy, an important consideration when cleaning the office.I read the concerns of some about their instruments discoloring the translucent rubber material or the rubber material discoloring their instruments. I purchased a couple rolls of grey felt tape and put that on the stand where the guitars rest on the rubber. It works beautifully, and looks as if it were designed to be there. See pictures. My only concern is there is no strap at the neck to hold the guitars in the stand. I live in earthquake country and I could imagine a "roller" toppling the guitars out. I think Velcro strips or GearTies wrapped loosely about the guitar necks holding them to the stand would be a good solution. All in all, an excellent stand for 5 electric guitars.

Well built, convenient
I was looking for a simple, space efficient, secure stand to hold a handful of guitars and am pleased with my purchase. I looked around quite a bit both online and at GC and felt like this had pretty much the best features of the bunch. It folds and would be easy to transport if needed. The rubber (silicone based I guess) protective material on the bottom, sides and top where it touches the guitar is great...way better than felt or whatever material the others are using. I was using a pair of hercules stands (2 guitar stands) and while I've got nothing bad to say about them they do take up space. Also, living in California, I'm always thinking about having something secure enough in an earthquake so that the guitars don't fall or end up banging against the wall. I think this stand wins on that count as well vs. the hercules type hanging stands. Anyway...I like it and would buy another if needed. It's easy on my guitars, easy to access, very stable, looks good, etc...really not much to complain about other than maybe if it was my design I would have probably put some sort of strap up near the neck holder to ensure that even in an earthquake none of the guitars could fall.

Good stand, wish it came with casters
first off, it’s a great stand and It does it’s job well. I can’t say that it does it better than any other stand, but for the price it’s a well-built stand. It has a soft rubber type material everywhere your guitars come in contact with the stand which is supposed to be safe for nitrocellulose finishes, so that’s nice. I knocked one star off because it does not come with casters, you have to buy those separately, and no retailers stock them, so if you want them get ready to wait a month for a special order. For the price of the stand, they could have included casters. One of my other guitar stands that was much cheaper came with casters, so it’s definitely frustrating that this one doesn’t.

Spend more and have something that'll last
fantastic stand! even after reading the reviews, i was still surprised at the overall build quality. glad i spent the extra money because this will definitely hold up for many years. this stand is perfect for having a variety of instruments closeby and secure. Best thing is the small footprint... it takes up just as much space as two single stands did, perfect for my small apartment. One important thing to note: the bottoms of two of my offset guitar bodies didn't have enough clearance and ended up touching the floor. This issue can be fixed by purchasing the casters which raises the whole stand a few inches off the ground. They will set you back an extra 30 dollars but are worth having to easily move the stand around.
