Q: What are the distance of the holes for screws? I am going to get a magnet base for it.

I am a bit late but the 2 holes are 15/16" apart and has a base that is 2.5" x 1.5".

Q: Will the light turn back on after 30 sec if there is more movement (i.e., from my dog walking around)?

Yes but I've noticed it stays on if there is any movement at all within the 30 sec. anyway. It's been a great light for my shed. I'm in and out of it and never worry if it will turn on and off as I need it to. You'll be pleased with it.

Q: What's the manufacturer warranty on the lamp?

I personally do not know because I have not had any issues with the lamp yet... However, if a warranty is available on this product at the time of purchase, buy it because Amazon will always meet you half way in any replacement(s) or refund based on my past experience with Amazon. My light has been working uneventful since December, 2019 so I believe the quality is good.

Q: My lights stay on until the battery is dead. There is no motion within 30 feet (even plants).Does anyone have any tips? Does it sense still barrels?

There is one switch so is either on or off. They are supposed to only run a few seconds unless the motions that triggered it still exist. Sounds to me like you have a defective one unless you have a different model. Check to see if you also only have one switch.
