nice bulb
I bought exactly same package in home depot about 2 years ago. I didn't expect those bulbs to be useful because they are only 550 lumen; however, they have been very nice replacement bulb for kitchen and bath room lights. The bulb is small enough so it can fit to any light fixture. also it is not too bright so good for kitchen and bathroom light, also the bulb uses only 9Watt so it is cooler than other higher lumen lights. When I found this item, I wasn't 100% sure that they are same one that I bought in home depot long time ago because in the item description here it says the bulb is 500 lumen, but the one I bought in home depot was 550 lumen bulbs. I checked a package right after I received it and it appears to be 550 lumen which is identical to the one that I bought long time ago.

3 great, 1 broken
Great light bulbs but one of the 4 in the package was broken. Considering they contain mercury it’s a bit of a safety hazard for them to not wrap the bulbs well enough to survive transport. Poor packaging.

Hard to find bulbs

I used to buy those "Daylight" bulbs exclusively, but I guess I got really tired of them. I strongly prefer these "Soft White" bulbs now. Sure, sometimes these bulbs need a minute or two to warm up to full brightness, but I don't care about that. The alternative is way worse IMO: I had a bad experience buying CFLs at my local big box store. They make bulbs with a halogen "starter" bulb so they're "instant on" or whatever. But the problem is that after the CFL part properly warms up, the smaller halogen starter bulb turns off and hence the actual brightness goes DOWN noticeably. That happens like 90 seconds after you turn it on and is incredibly stupid and annoying. These bulbs don't have that issue of course, and I'd much rather have to wait a little every now and then for these CFLs to warm up. It's seriously not a big problem at all. I don't remember the brand of those other terrible bulbs, but I hated them and don't recommend that kind of bulb if you ever come across it. Anyway, I'll keep buying these bulbs in the future if the price stays good and these last a decent amount of time. I don't know if the pic is helpful, hopefully it is!
