It just works
Its a solid piece if you want to enhance you figure collection. Looking at the completed set made my struggle worth it.Its a model kit so it will require assembly and a good clippers. Honestly I kinda struggled to understand the instructions for assembling the chairs, thank god for common sense but seriously start doing the tables first there easy and require no glue, the pressure fit is fine.Them chairs thou, require keen eyesight and patience so you don't accidentally cut the small holes for the rods to fit through and you will need model glue like the one in the background, its a TAMIYA 87038 Extra Thin Cement Glue Fine Tip 40ml. its clear and drys quickly otherwise the chairs will fall apart and you don't want to have to look all over the floor for that one rod that wont stay on.

Breaks easy assembly required
When I got the package parts where missing and broken I could only do two chairs and one table but that broke as soon as I popped the things out and it's horrible you have to paint it to and it says in 1/12th scale but it's knee high on a 6 inch this is 1/18th or even 1/19th

Overall terrific unique 1/12 scale item for my project!
Didn't realize this was a "DIY" toy, but thankfully stays together almost as sturdily as other click-and-play toys out there! Be careful taking apart the pieces from their hold-together plastic frames they come shipped in - I managed to break 2 small parts getting my pieces separated for building, FYI. However, since the intricate design of this 1/12 scale plastic set is so well designed to hold together with the larger key pieces's click-into-place grooves etc, I don't even need glue for my chairs and tables to work and look well enough for my project!

Not really 1/12 Scale
1/12 scale is 6 inches. Shown are two 6 and a 3.75 (1/18) inch action figures. It’s a little too small for the 6 inch ones: the desk only reaches the knees and the chairs aren’t high enough for their natural sitting height so they have to slope backwards and don’t fit under the desk that way anyhow. You can see this in the other reviews’ pictures also, but yet they for some reason rated it highly despite the obvious scale problems. Don’t be fooled. It’s also too large for the 3.75 inch ones as their feet don’t even reach the ground sitting on the chairs. This leaves it somewhere in between 1/12 and 1/18 which makes it no-man’s land when it comes to action figures. Also, yes it clearly states this is a plastic model where the parts have to be broken out from the plastic frames. Good luck getting the parts out without breaking any of them. I only broke two: an A7 and a B1. Fortunately the plastic bonds well with super glue.

False advertising, 1/18 scale
I've built some great Hasegawa kits but this one is totally bogus. It's not just the amazon listing, it's printed on the box that it is 1/12 scale. It is definitely not. It is 1/18. The chairs are knee-high on a 6 inch figure. Do not buy if you're looking for 1/12 scale furniture. The models are nicely detailed if they were proper scale.

Some nice doll house furniture!!!! :)
This is a fun model build. The details are nice and the build is simple. I did not use any modelling glue. Please note that this set will work better with import figures e.g. Figuarts/Figma figures than american figures like marvel legends or DCUC (American figures tend to be on a little bigger (so it will seem slightly off scale) and american figures in general have less articulation so it will be harder to pose them and sit in a small folding chair). The table top comes in a brown plastic and the rest of the pieces come in a grey plastic. If you want to make it look like it does in the picture YOU HAVE TO PAINT IT.
