Decent Smaller TV With a Cool Aesthetic
Let's start with what this is. Blatantly, its a prison TV. This is the type of TV/exact TV you would find in an American prison. That being said, I've personally always liked clear electronics. I've always thought it was a cool look. As for the TV, its small and lightweight. The picture quality, even though its only 720p, looks relatively decent, which most likely has to do with the smaller screen size. Either way, the quality is quite good for something assembled this cheap. The sound is also relatively decent for the price as well. Not audiophile quality of course, but would be fine for most people. This would work as a small little bedroom or kitchen TV. It's not a smart TV, so you'd have to connect a Fire Stick, Roku, etc. if you want to watch Netflix, Hulu, or other streaming services.

Best small television ever!
I don't normally write reviews but this TV had a lot of bad reviews and I was hesitant to purchase it so I wanted to give my opinion. I tried to post a photo but I couldn't get it posted. I needed a very small TV for my kitchen and this one is perfect! Yes it is LCD so if you are at the wrong angle the picture will not be as good but that's the same with all LCD screens. The picture is perfect and the sound is good. There was a lot of complaints about the sound but if you go into the menu and set the audio it's perfect. I love this television all the way around! When I ordered the TV I received a defective one and the seller was quick to replace it!

Issues with viewing angle and laughable sound
This television looks great, very 1995-era iMac like in its transparent case. From earlier reviews I read, it's transparent not for looks, but to prevent convicts from stashing contraband in the case of a television. The remote control is also transparent and features a remarkable number of buttons. It's quite lightweight. It emits a soft light from behind the set, which is kind of pleasant. The picture is not great, and even with it right in front of my face, it has a weird kind of foil or oil-on-water kind of reflective quality. See the photos I'm uploading. The effect on shadows in a scene is not as pronounced as it is in the screen capture of the late, charming Joi Lansing from "Atomic Submarine," but there is something funny and weird in the shadows of the movie.I solved this issue by propping up the back of the TV with a 3/4" paperback book. This made a big difference since the TV is slightly above my view from my bed.The SOUND, however, is a freaking JOKE. It sounds like a 1965 transistor radio you're somehow listening to through a length of pipe. Small, nasal sounding audio, truly disappointing. I think I've got a $10 pair of PC speakers around here that I'll try with it (hoping it has a 3.5mm audio jack). Oddly, the sound seems very good, but the speaker must be the size of a dime. Significant fail.I plugged in an old set of computer speakers and the sound is excellent. The speaker in the TV is not good, but external speakers make a huge difference.Overall? Not more than I expected, and what I wanted was a small, basic TV to watch old movies on. I'm happy enough with it.

Don't Buy This TV
Worst t.v. I've ever owned & I am neither young nor hard to please. Believe the bad reviews. Sound quality awful. Picture awful. All I see is highlighted fuzz unless I stand directly in front, which is impossible as I chose it to use while working in my kitchen. Terrible value. Too late to return; if I had it to do over I would have allowed for a larger product. This t.v. was the only one I could find of its size at the time which was January 2023. The only good thing I have to say is the clear plastic looks ok if you prefer a modern look. Also - & I learned this from going through reviews when I bought the product - the reason it is clear plastic is bcuz it is a prison t.v.; guards can see through the product so drugs and/or weapons are not smuggled inside. Can't believe this is still being sold. Beware!!

Speaker lacks clarity.
Liked it except for the speaker sound.

Cutest tv ever
I love the modern style and the clear color means it doesn’t clutter my kitchen and the picture is great. It’s small but it’s perfect for a kitchen. Paired with a Roku/Firestick it’s perfect.

Overpriced LCD (not LED)
I regretted buying this almost immediately. I wanted an LED, not LCD. Even the box says it's LED. No, it's LCD. You can tell by the viewing angle. If you're above the screen (which is like 99% of the time for me), the screen looks too bright and washed out. When it's the right viewing angle, the screen actually looks quite good. The speakers aren't that bad either, just switch to Music mode. Remote is okay, but the button labels are microscopic. I didn't realize until it was too late that 15" really is a tiny television. It makes no sense why this TV is over $200 when you can buy an Insignia that's 1080p and LED for less than $100. It really isn't a bad TV at all. It's just that the price of over $200 makes no sense when there are better TVs at a lower price.
