These fit perfectly on my chair. But they were not as soft as what came with the chair. They work fine but wish they were softer. - UPDATE, I've noticed they softened up after about a week.

Looks fantastic on my Aeron chair when my old ones got cut up a little. I love these better than the originals and they are much better in my elbows! They lined up perfectly with the screw holes screwed right in with ease. Note you need to use the screws that are already in the chair for these. Highly recommend.

These were super easy to install. Remove two screws, remove the old armrest, install the new one and install the two screws. As soon as I installed these, I noticed that there is a curve downward near the front of the armrest. I don't think are more comfortable for this but they aren't uncomfortable because of it. I guess if I had my preference, I would want the same shape as the old armrests, maybe because I used them for 20 years before they wore out.These armrests seem slightly softer which might actually make them more comfortable. (it is personal preference) I do know that these make a slight noise when they hit my desk and the originals armrests do not. That is my biggest complaint but most don't have a desk shaped like mine.These seem durable. I assume they will last a long time. I don't know if they will last 20 years like my original arm rests did but they should last a good long time.

Perfect fit for my Herman Miller Aeron. The original arm pads were torn to shreds, and these aftermarket pads are actually better than the originals. Comes with two in a package. I think the chair actually looks better with the black color versus the original brown, and they are more comfortable. Easy swap, two screws for each arm pad and that is it. I was able to change both sides in under two minutes. Highest recommendation possible.

On one hand, I'm very glad this product exists. I don't think Herman Miller sells replacements and if they did, who knows how much that would cost. The other reviews I've seen on here and Reddit had me very excited for these replacements to arrive. People were saying the replacements were better than the originals. That's just wrong. These are low-cost, low-quality chair arms - no where close to the quality of the originals. There's a strong plastic smell when you take them out of the packaging. It's better than the original chair arm I had that was split with foam coming out. I'm interested to see how long they last.
