Look good and will last long - perfect for air-tight storage
Obsessed with these great little jars. Saw them on an insta for overnight oats (perfect size with fruit added!) and they were so charming I had to try them. LOVE, now I want them for everything storage. Strong glass, I dropped one in my porcelain sink and to my shock it didnt even crack. That won me over for life. They can handle heat and cold. Stackable. No plastic. I'm back to buy more.

Excellent for leftovers, excellent for canning, good value
Love these. Love them so much, I am back to buy another batch of six. They are the perfect size for leftovers in the fridge, stack two high with no problem, store food so it's visible, large openings are easy to wash out, glass lids eliminate the need for plastic wrap to cover bowls, and are reusable indefinitely. In three years, our family has broken one bowl and one lid of a set of six, which is amazing given the abuse they've taken.I have used these to can as well, and the process is a little different than the Ball jars, but it all works if you follow instructions. I am pleased that they are reusable indefinitely. Weck suggests that you replace the seal after each use for canning, but I don't see a need for that as long as you inspect the seal before use and test that the seal is still good before opening each jar. You will want to get either a canning key for breaking the seal when it's time to open your jars, or very, very carefully wrap a needle nose pliers in cloth and use that to roll the sealing ring's tongue out just enough to break the seal. I ruined my first jar's rubber ring by stretching it out of shape permanently when I pulled and pulled on the ring to remove it.These are now a staple in our kitchen, both for every day use for storing individual portions of food (two cups worth) from batch cooking and for seasonal canning should my Ball jars and lids run short. They go from fridge to microwave beautifully. Don't use them for freezing would be my one caution; the shape of the bowl isn't suitable. We love them for everything. Weck hit a home run with this one.

Very nice jars!
These are the perfect jars for everything you might need from not just sourdough but to leftovers to hot cocoa mix! They are high quality, come nicely packaged and just the best at stacking! Highly recommend!

Love these microwavable jars
I use them for keeping sourdough starter, for my chia blueberry pudding, and for heating leftovers in the microwave. I like that these jars have a rim to hold onto when removing them from the microwave. I also purchased a 6 pack of silicone lids

convenient in 94275 ways
For being ~20oz volume size, its shape makes filling it up & scooping stuff out very easy (the wide mouth opening is huge). I can easily stack them w/o them wobbling or toppling over easily, esp with the raised lip on the lids. These glass lids so much easier to wash than other container lids since they don't have nooks & crannies for gunk to settle into. They make 20oz seem so much smaller & tidier than other shaped containers. To allow a little oxygen exchange in my room temp overnights oats, I only use the glass lids without the rubber gasket. And because they're oven safe to almost 400F, I can just pop the whole thing in the toaster oven to warm them up.Very convenient.

Greatest and prettiest jars ever
I use these to grow and store my sourdough starter and it's discard as I feed it for use, for grated Italian cheeses that go beautifully from fridge to table, dried fruits, and purees for smoothies.I'm afraid buying these is addictive

Long lasting
Perfect size seal works great and the clamps fit nicely tight. Easy to clean, nice thick glass very functional.

More pros than cons
Thinking in comparison to regular canning jars.Pros:1. The best thing, in my opinion, is that they nest nicely on top of each other making them safe to stack with the glass lids. This cannot be done with traditional canning jars so storing food with these is better.2. They look really nice and sofisticated.3. They are beefier. Nice and thick glass.Cons:1. They are heavy.2. The rubber rings and clips take a minute to figure out how to use them. The rings are a little squirrelly because they don't snap on to the lids. I don't know if this is different for the other sizes. The clips take a few tries before you understand how to get them on and off.I will order more of these because the stacking and pretty looks are great. I will probably get a different size and shape just for fun and interest. I am also planning on trying these out for canning too.
