stahlStahl Stainless Steel Artisan Kadhai, 1-Piece, Silver (7 in)?

The first look was it's a masterpiece, heavy and food doesnot stick. But the biggest concern after more than 1 month of use is, the oil is leaking from the screws when we switch on the stove. I had to clean the oil leaking with a tissue before I start cooking..this is bad..I wish they do something with the design..I could have gone for handle less instead..

Though there are heavier and cheaper triply kadhais available this brand is simply the best among triply. I already had a 24cm Stahl kadhai but I brought another small local kadhai since it was cheaper than this brand but I ended up returning it and buying this brand again since this is soooo easy to clean oil stains. Since this has really smooth inner surface even after using oil for deep frying and badly staining the sides i can easily clean with liquid dishwasher and steel scrubber. While the one that local I had to put in dishwasher once and scrub thrice!My only complain is the pricing. They are very costly. Maybe they can sell normal series (not artisan) and without the lid too and lower the price so that it can be affordable for more people. They might say we could simply but their talsa but for deep frying it's better to have handles for safety reasons. Anyways it's costly but the best I guess.

Of all the stainless steel kadais I have used, I find this to have the thickest base, which means that food does not stick to the bottom, which is the problem in SS kadais otherwise. That said, I usually use earthen kadai. If stainless steel is what you use, stahl makes very very good ones. The shine remains for a long long time.

Every thing is ok with this product except one thing Somme times oil come out from the handle screw inside after wash also that one point is negative but other than its good

Excellent alternative for non-stick and aluminum cookware. Easy to clean as well. Dishwasher safe. Triply helps to cook food faster without sticking to base. Only con is that when cooking on high flame, burnt spots came on innerside of lid which are not going away. But this doesn't change the usability of product, so I gave 5 star.
