Takes about a minute to dissolve
The media could not be loaded. I frequently use the sachets from this brand at night to help stop water running straight through me. If I don't, I'm constantly on the toilet and feeling really thirsty. Into 200ml, these tablets dissolve surprisingly quickly. I set a stop watch and it took one minute and five seconds to dissolve. However, I often found a small amount left at the bottom that needed to be stirred. Kind of defeats the point of using tablets. As for taste, it was doable. Usually, I put blackcurrant squash with the sachets, but I tried these without and not having access to squash wouldn't be the end of the world for me. Some nights, the drinks work well and others, not so much, which is normal for me. They do keep me from spending the whole night on the toilet though, which I appreciate. I prefer to drink the electrolyte drink over an hour or so, if I can, as I find this works best.

These are excellent electrolyte tablets for when you are feeling dehydrated and in need of something more than a glass of water to quench your thirst.The tablets dissolve very quickly into a glass of water and the resultant drink has a pleasant blackcurrant flavour that isn't too sweet or sickly. I particularly like how the tablets are very small and come in a compact tube which makes them ideal to pack in a bag or suitcase when on holiday, really useful especially if you are going on a holiday to a hot climate where having access to electrolytes and carbohydrates can help with dehydration.The drink isn't chalky in any way, unlike some other similar tablets and sachets I have tried in the past. I would certainly recommend these not only for taking on trips but actually having around the house: they have been particularly useful, for example, when I've come back from a particularly long or hot run just to help refresh myself.
