What is the warranty?

All Astra Optix rangefinders come with our Handshake Warranty. This is a Lifetime warranty for the complete product (including electronics) and is fully transferable! It covers all replacement parts and labor costs. It does not cover cosmetic damage, theft, unauthorized modification, or intentional misuses/damage.

Can you adjust the brightness?

The display brightness is not adjustable. This is a High Transmission LCD display which provides an all-around brightness level that works well in low light conditions without being too bright. In addition, during brighter daylight conditions, you can still see the read-out. The yardage numbers are displayed in black. The display is a high transmission LCD display. This type of display lets in more light in the optical system compared to regular black read-out LCD displays.

does it attached to tripo?

Our Astra HBX-1600B Binoculars do not have a mount for a tripod. It does not have a 1/4" 20 thread cavity to accept a tripod 1/4" 20 screw. There are aftermarket accessories that can be used to hold the binocular via a universal tripod mount that essentially uses a strap that secures the binocular to a base which then mounts on to your tripod. They range in prices from $29.99 to over $100 depending on the brand and style. If you enter a search term of “Universal Binocular Tripod Mount” on Amazon, it will pull up quite a few of them.
