I used this for pressure fermentation of a lager in a corny keg. I trimmed about 6 inches off the tubing and added a stainless steel nut to keep the tubing from floating. It is necessary to reach inside the keg to attach the tubing to the short dip tube, which was a little tricky.When fermentation was completed, I transferred the beer to a clean keg. This worked well to draw clear beer from the top. It did get struck a couple times during transfer, but a gentle jostle got it flowing again. I ended up with very clear beer in the clean keg and the trub/yeast left behind in the fermentation keg.It worked perfectly, I plan use the technique regularly.

Good product, but the steel tube should be 3" long and cut at a bevel so it will go into the silicone tubing easier.

If you want to get rid of the bottom gunk of your keg and only get the good top stuff, you need this.

It would be better if the tubing fit a wider range of corresponding tubing or syphons.
