This item is $3.21 at Walmart. How do you come up with $46.04?

You must be looking at a bulk price. I ordered through Amazon because the price per notebook was lower than local stores. I don’t remember the cost now, but I only paid a few dollars per notebook. I did not order bulk.

How do I know what color I will receive? There is no place to choose what color I want.

It’s random. They choose for you. I ordered five and I received several different colors.

What is the quality of the paper?

Very good quality - I liked it.

Are these books sealed in shrink wrap?

No. Mine were loose in the box. None were damaged, and all came ready to use. They come in assorted colors, so you cannot choose. They work for me.
