Anyone used this for brown spot in st. augustine grass?

There are several good websites on this product. I used it on Dollar spots and Brown patch successfully . Propiconazole 14.3 fungicide may work as well. Matt Martin has a web site that may help. Also Heritage makes a granular product in 30 lb bag that has longer treatment duration. like I said jump on the internet and ask specifically about St. Augustine grass. hope this helps.

How long before seeing results?

It is a preventative!!! If you use it properly you will not see any fungus in your yard.

Will this treat cedar apple rust on cedar trees and can it be used on apple trees?

As per Eagle 20EW Specialty Fungicide product label it treats powdery mildew, rusts, scab, bloom, post bloom, post-infection on apple but you can not treat Cedar Tree. Please follow product label that attached with product for more detail treatment plan.
