Whatever the description says. If it’s a hi lo. My hi and low are 2 separate bulbs and bulb sizes.

How many lumens are these bulbs rated at?

Unsure but there are not very bright they suck

What do the letters TB stand for after the 2.0?

It just means that they are in a blister pack.

What is the Kelvin color temperature rated at?

It's above 4000K I can say. I have a xenon 4300K low beam bulbs and halogen H9 full beam bulbs and when they are both ON, they look almost of the same color.
