Not big enough for books. This is a small carry on backpack.

Is this a too big for someone who is 4’11?

Hello. The Superbreak back pack has a 13" drop from the shoulder and is 17" long overall. As long as it can be worn comfortably by the user, we would recommend measuring from the shoulder to see if it would work. Thank you

Very good

I got white, so it matches all of my outfits. Be careful southern white doesn’t get dirty but it is perfect and it holds a lot of stuff which is perfect for school.

Some what satisfied

Ripped two weeks after purchase. Sent it to the jansport warranty company and they repaired it. So let’s see how long it last. I will say that the customer service was excellent.
