I have just reordered this product, it is excellent quality and I have not seen a lower price anywhere for ALA.Re: the review that said it caused stomach upset, it is named Alpha-Lipoic Acid for a reason: it is strongly acidic! I take only 1/2 tablet at a time (400 mg) with a glass of water - the tablet is scored and thus easy to break in half.

Good potency and price but they can break and turn to powder easily. When nearly finished with a bottle of these, there's a lot of powder at the bottom and many broken little pieces laying around. They're good but obviously pretty fragile.

Delivery was fast and everything is what they say when you look at it, just hope them dosage of 800 mg is correct I need to take at least 1200 mg a day that is what I hope and I can’t see and nobody proves in their paperwork

I’m sure the supplement itself is beneficial but I find it is very difficult to swallow and tastes badly.

It’s too early to tell if alpha lipoic acid is helping To activate the nerves in my feet. My peripheral neuropathy has been present for 15 years. I’ve been taking this for 3 months but I don’t notice any improvement yet. I will give it another 6 to 9 months to decide if it’s worth continuing with this supplement.Product was shipped quickly and I’m happy with the service.

I came down with sciatica last week for the first time. I had to get medical help-which did help the pain, temporarily. I looked up Sciatica, and found Alpha Lipoic Acid. Part vitamin, part pain reliever. Well, I bought Doc Mila's Alpha Lipoic Acid pills, and works great for me. No need for prescription pills!! Will buy again.
