We have tried ALL the products for turf cleaning. I have a very sensitive nose and I never want to smell dog pee. This is absolutely the best product. I think for the people who say it isn’t working, they should try to schedule a deep cleaning from Turfresh first and then use this product as maintenance between visits. We only have one small dog and I know that if I’m not diligent about rinsing and cleaning the turf, the smell can get bad. I save the small bottles and refill with the big jugs. It’s a great value actually for a nice smelling yard:)

Our synthetic grass began smelling like dog urine, so I decided to search around to find a safe product that I could spray on the grass. I also wanted it to be nontoxic for the dogs and for the environment. I purchased the Bio Turf dual pack. It was super easy to attach to the hose and then sprayed it all over the synthetic grass. I really liked the nice clean soapy smell that it left. The dog urine smell did start coming back a few days later, but I think I needed more of the product to really soak through the grass. I will give it a try one more time.

Prepped the turf by pressure washing it and getting it thoroughly wet. Used the sprayer that was provided and covered every inch with it. Did it in the evening so it had all night to work in a moist environment. Happy with the results and my turf doesn’t smell like the Sultan Sea anymore. Glad I got the two pack cause I was able to really lay down a good amount over the entire yard.

Used this on a 250 square foot turf yard. We have three Dogs and have Bio Fill already in the yard. While this seemed to help the first day, by day 2 the yard was back to stinky.Reading other reviews I guess we would need to Purchase the fill from this same company to have the best results... Will ty it again once we get our 40 lb. bucket of fill from this company.

Missing hose sprayer! Like others have said, that's why I paid more for this pack vs refill bottle. Only gave two stars because product works good when you get what you actually paid for (I didn't). Very shady and misleading. I'll be switching to Simple Green after this experience.
