Maybe more important than the bourbon
I find that these cherry bitters provide just the right addition to make a perfect Manhattan. I use several different quality bourbons depending upon what’s on sale. I use good sweet vermouth and I use frozen sweet dark cherries. What makes the flavor special is from these bitters

Great bitters
I have been experimenting with Whisky and Gin bitters mixes. The Woodford Reserve brand has not disappointed. I love both the Spiced Cherry and/or Orange to mix old Fashioned's. For Gin and Tonic's or Gin Collins', the Orange works great, but Lemon is my favorite. They seem to be a pretty good value as well.

Perfect for Manhattans
Small bottles, but a little goes a long way when it comes to bitters. We've been in search of the perfect bitters for a manhattan cocktail and these fit the bill brilliantly! Add a Luxardo cherry and you'll be in heaven!

Love this stuff!
Great bitters for an old fashioned, or whatever. Sometimes I just drink bourbon on the rocks and put a couple drops of this in there! So tasty!

Very flavorful! Love the taste of these bitters!
I find the Woodford Reserve “Spiced Cherry” bitters to be awesome. I use these bitters for my Manhattans. The Angostura bitters are ok, but these have a great flavor. They are very good when used with the Woodford Reserve cherries. I highly recommend both the bitters and the cherries!!

So Tasty
Really good in an old fashion. I skip the orange peel with these and use ether cinnamon infused simple syrup or bourbon aged maple syrup and it's fantastic.
