The folks at Lenwell did a fantastic job. The post office lost my product for three weeks but together Lenwell and I were able to get it moving in the right direction and repairs were completed and a 2 day turn around. This is one of the easiest and least stressful repairs to a phone I’ve had to deal with. I know I can do the work but I couldn’t turn away from the option of having the work done safely and professionally. Thank you.

Update,It works, it provide a good clear image. A few months with this new screen and the two times this phone has slipped from my hands, both barely a drop, less than 12 inches from my hands to the table with elbows resting on the table, so not a long or dramatic drop, the screen gets cracks. Do not expect anything even close to the toughness of the oem glass. I expected when advertised as oem or exceeding oem specs that when dealing with glass, that its ability to withstand scratching or cracking be part of that claim. First Crack I thought was a fluke, it happens. But twice now, this glass is far far from as tough or resilient as samsungs original glass for thier screens.After looking at several screens I ended up buying my note 9 screen and frame here. It came in a timely manner and if I needed they do offer a service where you send your phone in and they do it for you.Being the tinkered I am I opted to replace the screen myself with the supplied tool kit.After watching a few you tube videos started my repair myself. It took about an hour and everything works perfect.

It arrived on time but after install, my handwritten touch wasn't working. Found break in ribbon. Done tons of breakdowns and and rebuilds, was done with caution. Didn't ask for a refund only a replacement. Was given the run around with installation issue. Basically buy another and send to our factory, at added cost of course. So ill simply stay away from Lenwell. I hope your product is better, so make sure everything is working or youll probably get left hanging. Other than the shady practice of how to handle a defective item theySold........its actually a decent buy
