As an owner of many a curling irons....let me give an honest critique of this iron in numbered fashion.1. It is NOT worth $45.00, maybe around $30.00. Not sure why the high price point.2. Be VERY CAREFUL working with this iron, as you can easily burn yourself. It takes practice to use.3. THIS GETS VERY HOT even on the low setting. My hair is fine and curly and I use this on a 5 setting and it gets hot enough to curl my hair.4. The most annoying thing is the on/off button is very close to where you hold the iron, and I happen to notice I kept accidentally shutting off the iron when I use it.I honestly like my Conair Iron better but I will keep this one for a back up.

Bristles perfect length so hair doesn’t get tangled in it! I have very fine curly hair. I can easily place strategic curls quickly!

I like everything about this curling brush great heat setting the bristles are flexible goes through the hair easily! I’m a hairdresser I have recommended it to some of my clients I know of three that has purchased it!

Do not buy this product! Burned my hair on medium setting. Long bristles do not allow you to get a tight curl nearer your head--acts more like a wider barrel. Do not be fooled by the flashier appearance or think it is better because it costs more!I went back to my old favorite the Conair Instant Heat Model BC84/BC86. It is much cheaper and lasts for years. Its bristles are shorter and allow tighter curls and can be used closer to your head. Only when you touch the barrel itself does it burn your finger. Does not burn the hair. Also it has dual voltage so you can use it outside of U.S.
