The instructions are certainly correct when they indicate to put it in your mouth first before power-on and off, - we’ve both sprayed the ceiling a couple of times by taking it out first, because it’s hard to locate the power button once you’re using it and manipulating it round your mouth, might have been better with a switch rather than a flush-mounted button. Other than that it works reasonably well, we’ve still got to get into a routine of using it. Plenty of different nozzles, could do with a small nozzle holder for when they need swapping between the two of us, that’s the only niggle so far. Could also do with a more curly nozzle to save holding it upside down as much, that’s when it’s most awkward to use. We’ll stick with it but will eventually go for one with a separate reservoir and smaller handheld part.

Been using this for over a year now as a water flosser was recommended by my dentist.When I haven't used it for a few days I can tell, I try and use it daily but if I am away from home its too clunky and big to take with me as well as my electric toothbrush. It is very powerful and has a variety of settings for those with more fragile teeth or gums. My gums did bleed the first few uses but after that theyre all good now and it gets into those spots your toothbrush can't.Comes with loads of extra heads but I only ever use the standard straight one and on full power.I also sometimes use this to clean the shower tiles as a mini jet washer... it holds up pretty well, and my shower is pretty clean now.

worked fine for first couple of months then slowly the grip on the nozzle would break and the nozzle would shoot off into my mouth and teeth whilst using the product.. now the nozzle comes straight back up when i try to put it in the flosser - unable to use this product now. no guarantee for a replacement or compensation

Good volume of water and powerful jet. Battery lasts a good while too.The pump motor seized after about 18 months of daily use.Not designed to be repaired, so had to go into recycling.

The media could not be loaded. This floss has a strong flow even in sub mode. I don't have to turn the floss over to get inside my mouth. The nozzle can be adjusted for this and turned to face the inside of the mouth. There is a small opening for faster filling with water.It holds a lot of water and you don't need to refill when flossing. First I sprayed water on the walls and all over the sink. But I quickly realized. I had to keep my lips partially closed to prevent the water from splashing all over the place. Pauses the stream for a few seconds to indicate when you should skip to the next episode. My teeth and gums feel cleaner than with traditional floss.In addition, it is a little cheaper than the machine I used before, and it is of higher quality in terms of material. I paid £48 for my old machine and it smelled of plastic. It stopped working after a while. So when I compare it with this machine, this machine is pretty good.

The media could not be loaded. I have a cavity and gaps in my teeth that often end up with food stuck in them, so I'm always using floss or a toothpick after meals when I brush my teethI was a little hesitant as some reviews said it wasn't very powerful but as you can see in the attached video it has no problem shooting water well over 10ft and still hitting the wall. I actually use the 'lowest' mode and it is more than enough. There's loads of attachments for different uses which can rotate inside the mount which is helpful.Even after using a toothpick and flossing I am still able to rinse more out when using this, and feels much more hygienic too.Plus there's the added bonus of reducing your plastic usage and not having to buy floss etc. I haven't charged it since recieving it just over a week ago and with me and my partner both using it, it is yet to need charging so battery life seems good. If you have sensitive teeth you can put some warm water in the container before use too.For price you can't really go wrong

It’s great and good value. The tube to pull up the water with a weight on the end was tool long so folded in there. Started to not work well so inspected and noticed the tube had split near the weight. Cut it and re fit the weight. A bit short now so does not get all the water but works better. I would recommend it.
