Good for my back
It's the right size and consistency for my back for stretching and support. Back's feeling better already.

Not medium density
I weigh 108 ,amsmall , petite but if I put this on my sore back I will break or be severely hurt as it is not medium density it is hard as a brick ...reviews didn't help I guess because everyone weighed more ,a lot moreNow I have to figure who will run this to mail store to return as it will not help my back,very sad was looking forward to pain relief 😔

...man muss halt die Anwendung "lernen", aber nach ein paar Tagen ist es gut.Könnte etwas günstiger sein - es gibt andere Anbieter die liefern für den Preis ein Set von 3 Stück.

Nice little roller. Thought it would be softer. Quite hard on the skin but OK if you have a layer.

Wirkungsvoll
Die Rolle ist von guter Qualität. Die Übungen damit sind ziemlich einfach und können zuhause auf einer Matte ausgeführt werden. Bei konsequenter Anwendung wirkungsvoll gegen Schmerzen im Rücken und Verspannungen in der Beinmuskulatur. Definitiv empfehlenswert.
