The media could not be loaded. I literally spilled pizza oil on my husband’s shoe (accidentally) I got this the day after and used it 4-5 times. Brushed it out with suede brush and the suede looks great. It works on this dark tan shoe, and my black suede boots. It got the grime and dirt out. I’m so happy and I’ll get it once I finish this bottle again.

It really cleaned and brought some really worn shoes back to life. I will make sure I keep this supplied.

This is my first pair of suede shoes. I wore them a couple times I didn't expect some light rain. And then I also would clean them with water based cleaners. Big no no. Now luckily they were still able to be saved with this cleaner specifically for suede which you do not use water with. I was sketpical but I saw a pair of red suede shoes in another review and thought wow it does work. All I wanted to clean out was water stains. They weren't "dirty" so I didn't have to use the pre treatment method. In the first picture I cleaned the left shoe and the right shoe wasn't done yet. You can see the difference for yourself. The second picture is showing both are cleaned. And then the 3rd pic is the brush I used from Crep's cleaner kit. This is the only reason I didn't give this 5 stars. They only give you the cleaner. Not a brush included, yet the instructions say you need to use the brush in several steps. It's a 4 way brush sold separately. That's kind of a rip off imo. I'm pretty happy with this product. I'll be sure to be very cautious of the weather from now on! But any time they need a spot cleaning and a fresh look, I'll use this. They're not perfect but they look really good after cleaning.

Thanks for ruining my Dooney and Bourke.Sprayer doesn't spray. Comes out just like it looks on my purse. Do you cover replacement? I can send receipt and purse for verification.

Fast working and great results

I cleaned out my closet and found all kinds of forgotten shoes in the back under the dust bunnies. Five pairs of suede shoes in various states. They looked terrible. So I tried this suede cleaner (also got a horse hair brush), and WOW! The shoes snapped back beautifully, looking better than new. It's as if I got five new pairs of shoes. I was highly skeptical, but figured it was worth the gamble given the price and potential win if the product worked. Bingo. Very happy to have my old "friends" back.

Exactly what it says it is

I wanted to see how this worked, so I tried it on these Roberto Cavalli shoes I found at the thrift store. I think it did a fantastic job - the pic shows the before (bottom shoes) and the top one is the 'after.' I did use also order and use the prep tools and also watched the video. I think I went a bit too hard on the suede with the wire brush however - it looks more nappy now but maybe that will go away. Next time I attempt this I will use a lighter touch. I plan on trying it out on a handbag next!

I wouldnt recommend. It wasnt bad, but it did dry out my shoes and for the price I expected it would be better.
