Sylvania 20683 Compact Fluorescent 4 Pin Double Tube 2700K, 18-watt

I have a Panasonic bathroom exhaust fan (Model# FV-08VQL4) . The bulbs (Model# FDS18E35/4) were busted and I needed to replace them. When searching online I found that the original Panasonic replacement bulbs were selling for about $15. Then I came across this bulb and it worked out perfectly and costed only about $5!! Best of all FDS18E35/4 bulbs are cool white light but Sylvania 20683 bulbs are warm white light. It always bothered me that only one bathroom out of the three in my house had cool white light. Now all of them have the same warm white light. Overall very happy with the purchase.

This was a perfectly good light bulb and very well-packaged, but you should really only order this if you are certain that you know the exact model number of the light build you need. There are a lot of bulbs that look similar to this one, but are different in small but key ways that will make them not compatible with your fluorescent socket.If you're not certain of the model, just take your burnt out bulb to a brick-and-mortar hardware store. Otherwise, you're almost certain to have to return it a couple times before you get it right.

Received two replacements bulbs the packaging on one was correct however the fluorescent tube was broken and the other was an entirely different two pin instead of 4. See photo.

So glad these are available on Amazon, just not up for a trip to Lowes. Great white light in my stairways.

Perfect replacement for a burnt out bulb in my bathroom. No complaints. Arrived in good condition and functions like the original?

The price was better on these Sylvania bulbs from amazon than the Phillips bulbs I bought at Home Depot, I just hope they last longer . The Phllips bulbs lasted less than 1/3 as long as advertised on the package. Another whacko greenie scam. These bulbs put out nice incandescent light, and are plenty bright, but the proof if they are any good will depend on how long they last.Well, I'm now on my second set of Sylvania 4 pin cfl's and nope they are no better than the Phillips I bought from Home Depot at nearly twice the price. They only lasted a little over a year, and they are in a Panasonic exhaust fan in the bath, so they aren't on all that long in a day. I guess the claims of a jillion hour life only is if you never turn them off. Right, so let's go out and save the planet ay 3 times the cost!!

Seems to be the same as original that lasted 17 years. Hope this one does, too.
