Simply doesn’t work. 0 stars if possible
Bought this for my daughter for Christmas and it just doesn’t work. I’ve bought brand new batteries to try and see if that was the issue but no. The voice commands just constantly cut out halfway and the numbers do not unlock even after trying to reset the passcode holding 1,3 and 0 and going through the process. Once I eventually get it set I then cannot unlock. Do not waste your money ad avoid avoid avoid!

Secret Diary
Great price and good quality product. Really please. I bought it as it has a combination lock on it instead of keys, which I think is better for young children, as keys can get lost.

Good quality
My daughter loves this, the lock is easy to use and easy to re-set. The paper is good quality, but the pen and stickers aren't great, they seems to be a bit of an add on. The only thing is don't lose the instructions!

Great diary!
A great option for a unicorn lover who wants a diary with a passcode. Pretty and sturdy with a good number of pages. The UV light and pen have been very much enjoyed, but even without that my daughter has enjoyed doodling and writing in her diary. I do recommend.
