My Dr. recommended I take a B12 supplement along with the iron I take. I do notice a bit if difference in my energy level. I haven't taken it that long so will post more later. This vitamin is easy as it is placed under the tongue and dissolves nicely with a pleasant flavor. I hate taking pills so this is perfect!

taste of berry is mild & gentle
I've used this brand before but this is the first vegan & also flavored with berry. It melted easily and with the gentle berry as the flavor, it tasted great and also did not bother the soft tissues in the area it melted. I will use / buy again in the future!

I'M AN OLDER PERSON WHO DOESN'T GO OUTSIDE BECAUSE I'M LIMITED ON ACTIVITIES. BECAUSE I DON'T GO OUT MUCH, I'M NOT GETTING THE VITAMINS I NEED. TAKING THIS PRODUCT GIVES ME THE NUTRIENTS I NEED TO FEEL BETTER. Berry flavor?
I don't taste any Berry but I do taste red beet/earthy taste. They don't dissolve very well either. Very strange.
