Can I use for bathroom walls?

Im sure it would be ok outside of the shower but if your bathroom is already painted with a gloss finish, I think it would last a few months at most. I tried to cover a cardboard box and it peeled up in a day (without tampering). Not sure if the cardboard texture was to blame. I also added some to my bedroom doors (semi gloss) they stick pretty well but once removed, they never go back down as seamlessly.

Is this heat resistant like to use around fire place surround?

It is not suitable for use in places where the temperature is too high.

Is this easily removable/ renter friendly?

Yep absolutely! It literally sticks and you can peel it off super easy
